How much food is enough when pregnant?
This might sound like a silly question but, how much food is enough to eat while pregnant!?
I'm 12 weeks and am still getting sick feelings on and off throughout the day. Sometimes I get the regular hunger feeling so of course I eat a snack or meal. But sometimes I'll be laying in bed at night and suddenly get a hunger feeling , but not super intense and seems to pass quickly . I just wondering, should I jump up and eat something EVERYTIME I get that feeling?
This is probably going to come out as such a silly question lol but I'm just curious what others think.
I don't want to eat and eat and eat beyond what my body needs . I also don't have cravings yet.
