Bleeding 4w 3d (TMI)

Hi all, I had bleeding when wiping yesterday, tapered off to brown straight away and is now gone, no pain just usual dull aches in early pregnancy. Has anyone else had this much bleeding at this point and been ok? I didn’t bleed with my first so really worried x
