Severe cramping and diarrhea

Hi guys, I’m 29 w 2 d pregnant, and I’ve been up for over 2 hours with severe lower back pain that comes and goes and radiates down my legs, and also have been having diarrhea. Baby has been moving great. So, I don’t know what could possibly be wrong. Any help or advice would be fantastic! It’s 5:30 am where I’m at so calling the doc is kind of out of the cards right now. Thank you!
