No Clomid

Good Morning ☀️

So this is my 1st month in 3 months not doing clomid - all I did thing month was my BBT - I feel everything else was way stressing me out - so I am unsure if I really Ovulated this month - I don’t have a cover line yet so i am so confused 🤷‍♀️

Could someone help
