Is there something seriously wrong?

I got my IUD 3 days ago. My cramps were very mild and manageable. However last night out of nowhere my cramps woke me up and they have been constantly getting worse. They are to the point I’m shaking and crying. Is it just the adjustment process or is there something wrong

The pain is real girl. This happens every time I get one but it happens right away. It should pass. That happened to me once with mine. Take 800 mg ibuprofen and get a heating pad on there!
