Piercing help

Hey so I’ve had this near the back of my lobe and it’ll burst open and leak liquid (not necessarily pus) so I don’t think it’s infection?? but it’s been there since I pierced my seconds and hasn’t gone away ? Could someone help identify what it is and what I can do to fix (desperately need to take these studs out but these keep getting in the way !) sorry they look so much worse in photos than real life!
