My now angels

I found out in October I was pregnant with Mono-Mono identical twins. At my 12 week big scan today I was told they had no heartbeats. Apparently one took the blood supply of the other and we lost them both. Waiting to hear from dr for the next steps. I am heartbroken. This was not a planned pregnancy i was one and done. I was just starting to be happy and embrace bringing these babies into the world and now i have to say goodbye. 😖im broken

UPDATE: Sent my bubbas to heaven this morning. Had complications and was hemorrhaging. Lost a liter and a half of blood. Staying over night. The dr almost had to remove my uterus. Thank god he was able to stop the bleeding. So I can try for a new bubba one day. This has been a crazy day. Thank you Glow world for your ongoing support. It truly helps me to stay strong.
