FTM sleepy baby doesn’t wanna wake up

I have a 6 day old and she ate and then took a 5 hour nap. I’ve been trying to wake her up but she doesn’t wanna open her eyes. She’s breathing ok, she’s moves to my touch, and her temp is fine. Can she just be in a heavy sleep? Or should I be worried? I ended up giving her a bath and she cried and opened her eyes but that really has me worried... anyone with experience?
