Can anyone help with advice?
I know gaining weight is part of being pregnant, I'm very self conscious about my body right now, I will admit I went a little over board these past months, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I went crazy with the fast food and junk food, now the sight of my cellulite and hips and thighs make me want to cry, is it too late to undo this? Meaning if I very strictly stick to healthy fruits and veggies and protein could I actually loose some weight on my thighs and butt through out the remainder of my pregnancy? Or an I screwed and have to wait to shed that extra fat untill after the pregnancy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
