Leaky nipple ideas?

So they say not to use disposable pads or cloth pads because they hold in moisture, what are you supposed to do? Just leak everywhere?

Who is they? I’ve never heard not to use disposable breast pads. There are reusable ones too but the whole point of breast pads is to hold the moisture so you don’t leak through your clothes

I use both! Whoever said that is ridiculous. How are you not supposed to leak through your clothes if you don't. Just make sure to change often.

Whoever they are they are stupid sorry. That's why nursing pads were invented so us breastfeeding mommas don't leak everywhere. I agree with another post they come in huge packs for not a lot of money. I change mine at least twice a day if not more depending on if they get super soaked or not.
