Workouts
Hello i am new here on this app. I wanted to post to see what all you ladies are doing for workouts!
I haven’t been super sick but i do get nausea so i haven’t been able to workout like i planned with this pregnancy. (My 4th)
What are all of you ladies doing?
Any ideas will be helpful.
I was on a full workout plan and healthy eating diet but then found out i was pregnant and due to other complications i had to stop. Now i can barely eat anything because nothing sounds good and workouts for me is about impossible because im always so tired. I figures if i start maybe it will make me feel better. So what are you guys doing or planning on doing after baby? I would still like to loose weight after but just stuck for being healthy now. Please give me any ideas you guys have.
