should we take away nap time??
so this week our 2.5 year old (turning 3 in March) hasn’t been sleeping as good as she used to. she either takes forever to fall asleep, or is up in the middle of the night just quietly laying in bed (I wake up to a noise either outside or downstairs and I think it’s her so I check on her which is how I know she’s awake), or she is up earlier then normal (even if she takes forever to fall asleep)...
right now her bedtime is 9pm and she has about a 2 hour nap in the afternoon (usually from 2-4pm, sometimes later if she magically sleeps in in the mornings). Is it maybe time to take away her nap??? She woke up today with a little cough and runny nose... maybe that’s why she hasn’t been sleeping properly?
Any suggestions welcome from what you mommas did if this started happening with your kids...
