Fussing at the breast

It's been awhile since I've done this, my last breastfed baby is now 8 years old lol. I read that my little one is probably going through a growth spurt he is 7 weeks old. For the past few days when I feed him (not every feed but it feels like a lot of them) he gets very fussy and keeps latching and then letting go and crying and then latching again. I've tried changing positions, I pumped to make sure I still have milk coming out in case that was the problem, I switch breasts often when he does this....I don't really know what else to do or why he is doing this? I would hate to think that he is in pain or that something is wrong with my milk 🤷
