When should i test?

samantha • I took a depo shot back in November (2014 ) now I`m trying to conceive. Still no luck
Ok so according to ovulation tests i ovulate on Wednesday. Had intercourse 1x a day everyday since then. My period came on the 3rd last month but its pretty irregular. When should i take a pregnancy test?
