Can you eat tuna salad while pregnant?

I’d kill for a tuna salad but was told to avoid tuna. I’m 20 weeks if it makes a difference.

I would do almost anything for a tuna sandwich but I was told to absolutely stay away from it because there's too much Mercury in tuna. Even my apps and all my research agrees that pregnant women shouldn't eat tuna. And I was reading that even when not pregnant people should try to only eat it a couple times a week at most...

You should avoid albacore, but other canned tuna is okay in very low quantities. I’m not sure where you live, but I started buying this brand because it’s lower in mercury and it even says it’s the one recommended by the American Pregnancy Association.
