Breastfeeding after stopping

Hi mamma's needing some advice on if I am able to try and pump breastmilk again for my LO he is nearly 3 months old and I haven't tried to breastfeed/pump for 2 months, is it possible to rebuild a milk supply or is it to late ? I had to stop as my breast and nipples got way to cracked and sore to continue, but I would like him to have Brest milk again, any help would be much appreciated :)
