My mother in law had a serious stroke a couple months ago. My bf thought it was important to let her know that he was really in love with me. So she told him that she would like it if we got to know eachother more and that i came around more often! I thought itd be a nice gesture if i bought candles from bath & body works candles & hand soap as a get well soon gift.. Was this a good idea? Or does it seem like im just trying to buy her way into liking me?
