Any Ladies from San Antonio, tx?!

Im wondering if anyone has purchased a herbal supplement by the name of Lydia Pinkham @walgreens ive only bought it at the botanical store.... I truly recommend it got me pregnant twice... had my baby boy almost4yrs. ago and again last yr but lost that baby .... Currently ttc again.I really want to give my my son a sibling.but the botanical store is closed so that's why I'm asking???? Or have y'all tried anything else?
