Hi everyone,

I was about to make the transition from 3 naps to 2 for my almost 10 month old and he has suddenly decided he won’t go in his crib for naps at all anymore!! His normal routine was a nap around 815am, 1130am and around 330. He would get a diaper change and then if with me he would nurse and fall asleep and if with my husband or nanny he would rock to sleep. (We both work full time so he is always with someone different) typically we would wait about 5 min and put him in the crib and he would slightly wake to get comfortable and then stay asleep. Now he falls asleep the same with any of us but the second he gets put in the crib he hysterical cries until he gets picked up again. Help what should we do? I have a 2 1/2 year old too so it’s difficult when watching both alone because we can’t spend all day trying to nap the baby. Any suggestions please? Thank you!!
