Does this look like it could be eczema? He’s had it for a couple of weeks. At first I thought it was just a teething rash but it hasn’t gotten any better. He’s 11 months old and has never had any skin issues, not even a diaper rash. I’ve been putting lanolin on it to repel any drool and I’ve been washing his wash with a warm wet cloth a few times a day. Just looking for advice before I take him to get a prescription for something I may be able to treat at home. Tia.
