I’m exhausted being the breadwinner for three years now . We are trying for a baby but also found he has issues with military so ivf is something I’ll be paying for . He makes money and last month was the first month he was able to make a small contribution to bills ... took a long time to get there he had such bad luck with jobs but now hopefully he can maintain this one .

My husband. He works in logistics. He has no degree but he is so smart and we are blessed with what he has accomplished at 24. I work part time 4am-815am and have weekends so I can stay home with my daughter. But I think I can probably make a salary closer to him since I do have an associates under my belt.

I used to make more money but how he does. He has more debt than I do though so for now I think we are even.

I graduated with a MS in Data Science and Engineering degree and BS in IT/Computer Science. My SO and I met in college, we knew I’d be making more way more than him just off my degree alone. 
We’ve been together for 10 years and I started making 6figs by the time I was 26 (after finishing my MS). But again we already knew my field would pay this much, we spoke about it while I was in undergrad and during my graduate program.

When we got together I brought in more money. He is in the process of finishing his M.D. and once he does, he will be the bread winner.
