People with nose piercings. Do you change them yourself or go to a piercer?

I got my stud taken out cause it was legit sinking in my nose so i got a bigger flower shaped one and all the jewels fell out of it. I still have the stud that was sinking and i was gonna put it back in but i dont think i would be able to because i didnt even change my earrings by myself i went to someone casue i dont think i'll be able to put the stud in and it will hurt cause it even hurt when i went to the piercer 😐 I found another shop that said they would do it for me even though I dont have piercings from them. and hopefully i can find a stud that doesnt sink. But do you take your jewlery out yourself?
