Does your SO help take care of your child(ren)?

He helped make them, he helps raise them. They are his kids too.

I feel like I usually have to ask for help... And then there are moments like tonight when I realize he does more than I give him credit for. I was cooking supper and he was watching some kind of baby shows trying to keep her happy....

And then I go to tell my husband it’s time to eat and I find them like this....

My heart is full....

I put always but I guess it’s more like sometimes. His work schedule varies more than mine so he’s with the kids less. He always “helps” when he’s here though. He also hired a cleaning service to help take pressure off me.

My husband works full time third shift and is going to school full time. I work full time. We definitely don’t get even time with our toddler but he gives me time to relax when he can. We both work hard and do what’s necessary.

When he isn't working of course he doesn't . He typically works 7 days a week Saturday and sundays being half days or when he travels for work he is gone 5 days straight and home two but even then he will help parent over the phone and the video chats . My husband is great about helping he realizes that there is two parents involved An both parents should be parenting!
