Any ladies have the stomach flu while pregnant? It’s going around my work and everyone is literally dropping like flies!!!! It’s just a matter of time before I catch it. I do everything I can to prevent it but norovirus is so highly contagious nothing seems to work!

Every time I’ve caught it I vomit for 12-24 hours straight and cannot keep even the slightest sips of fluids down, I vomit every 15 minutes so forcefully that I burst blood vessels in my throat and eyes!!! I always react horribly to the stomach flu!

My question is, I’m 11 weeks pregnant, if I catch it will it hurt my baby? Would I need to go to the hospital?
