Ever heard of a SCAD (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection) or suffered from one?

Didn't mean to make people anxious, especially as I suffer from anxiety myself, but I had never heard about it and a week after giving birth I had a heart attack because of this, but didn't go get checked out because I was sure it couldn't have been heart attack because I'm completely healthy! I dismissed it as just stress, anxiety or some kind of panic attack.
I went to the Dr 4 days later just to be checked out because my partner was worried and ended up in hospital for a week! 
There needs to be more awareness of this! If I had known about it, I would have gone to the hospital sooner, I would have mentioned it to the dr's who couldn't understand why I had had a heart attack, so I wouldn't have been separated from my children and partner for so long and I wouldn't have had to have all those painful tests done before seeing a certain cardiologist who happened to have heard of it and did the test to check. I could have just had the one test instead of that week of hell
Once I saw a specialist, they sorted out my medication and I could finally go home to my babies.
The lack of awareness could have killed me. Now I'm in touch with specialist SCAD recovery groups, it's upsetting to see so many less fortunate cases because so many healthy people dismissed the pain. Better to be a little paranoid and get chest and back pain checked out straight away than dead. I wish someone had warned me that it could happen. I was woken up in the night with mine, took paracetamol, tried expressing milk, my partner rubbed my back, but nothing helped. It lasted for an hour and then I just went back to sleep. Some people don't wake up again after that. 
I hope it doesn't happen to anyone. It is rare, but that's partly because it goes undiagnosed. I just want everyone to be safe and all the babies to keep their mummy. The quicker people get help during a heart attack the better. Mum's tend to be focused so much on their babies and family's wellbeing that they forget to look after themselves as well. 90% of cases are women
