Migraine like I’ve had with my other two pregnancies) on Saturday, had lots of pinching cramps yesterday, and was woken up from a dead sleep with horrible nausea last night for over an hour. Period is either 2 days late or due in 2 days. Woke up to another headache today. None of this is normal for my period. I don’t feel like I’m getting sick. Is it possible to have such symptoms and get a bfn but still be pregnant???
