just looking for input

so I have pcos and I've been on metformin for about 2 years. ever since I started my periods have been very consistent unlike before. a couple months ago i had a chemical pregnancy. This month I am 4 days late. I thought my period was starting yesterday but it was just some pink and brown spotting. ive had some cramping and back pain the last couple days. today and last night my stomach muscles have been sore. my husband and i have been trying 10 years so I really dont want to get my Hope's up. has anyone had a similar experience and been pregnant? just looking for a little input. the last time I missed a period it was a cyst that required surgery 😞
