So I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days and saw nothing but a gestational sac, had an ultrasound a week later at 6 weeks 3 days and this time just a gestational sac and a yolk sac my next ultrasound is at 7 weeks 5 days should we definitely see a baby this time? Also my hcg levels were 37580 at 6 weeks 3 days .

Second question:

is it a good sign that my symptoms are getting worse? Like basically I went from nausea once in a while to full blown all the time, I’m always having heartburn, my boobs hurt sooo bad and now my nipples are getting darker.
