Worried..Can’t stop having anxiety and stressing
So I had a miscarriage with twins in August and had to have a D&C at 10 weeks and now I just found out I’m pregnant,I’m super excited but I’m starting to get nervous cause I’m cramping/aching on my left side that comes and goes and I spot here & there throughout the day but only tints of pink(I’ll show a photo below) the aching isn’t painful it’s just there if that makes sense. I’m just really scared and wondering if I should be worried?
