Kiinde System

I have been EBF my 5 week old and just started to pump and let my husband give her a bottle a day a few nights ago. She was choking with the Dr Browns so I thought I'd try the Kiinde system. But I have a maybe dumb question. If she only eats 2oz, can I fill it full with the 6oz and just switch the nipple out between feeds? It seems like such a waste to only pump 2oz into the bags. Thanks!
