Ok so Saturday night I had my mums 60th party - I was on my feet a LOT and when I got home (around 2am) I was exhausted but sore so jumped in the shower then bed at 3am. I woke up around 4am, 5am with some pains but finally at 7:30am I went to the toilet at lost my Mucas plug. Lay in bed with contractions for awhile then rang the hospital at 8 ("just have a shower and wait it out") hop in the shower and my husband is timing contractions and they are 3mins or so apart - then my hind waters break! Off to hospital! Arrive about 9:30am and the hook me up to the CGT machine and my contractions are regularl. my obstetrical arrives and does an internal - I'm already 7cm dilated Epidural QUICK!! Get the epidural and it works mostly but not the right lower pelvis. Obstetrican checked again and broke my waters. Started pushing about 2pm and she was in distress - arrived at 3:12pm after a struggle of her shoulder being lodged and  with cord around her neck. 7lbs2oz and so loved. Doing fine now
