Early ultrasound now nervous

Hey all, I had an ultrasound today to check The pregnancy. Because of previous miscarriages they are starting to monitor early. I’m 5w3d and the sac measured exactly that. She said there may be the start of a yolk sac but couldn’t confirm it. Should I be worried? Anyone not see a sac/pole at this point and it be ok?
