I have tried literally everything
I lost about 10 pounds, and my weight goal is to stay between 50-55 (which is healthy for my height and figure) and lose the extra weight in my legs and shoulder blades areas.
But I seriously cannot lose the last few kilos. I was sitting around 54-55 for a month, but I’ve just suddenly gained it all back, and I know it’s not related to my period. I’ve only gone back to 56, but I have struggled with my mental state in the past that nearly turned into an eating disorder, and I can feel it slowly going that way again.
Nothing has changed in my diet or exercise routines, and I hate my thighs so fricking much. Please just tell me how to get down those last few kilos, and ESPECIALLY how to keep it off.
Even though Christmas is coming which will probably screw everything up...
