? Good sign or bad sign ?

AF due in 3 days & I’ve had a couple signs.. I’ve not had sore boobs though, which I’ve seen most women do but I also realize everyone is diff. I’ve also had creamy CM the entire time after ovulation.

I’ve not really been sleeping good at all & my calf muscles & legs hurt..

Finding out with my oldest daughter I was 16 & rushed to the hospital from a bad panic attack & that’s when the hospital had told me I was with her.

Finding out with my youngest daughter I was 22 & also rushed to the hospital from having vertigo & That’s when the hospital told me with her.

Neither time did I realize I had missed a period or anything & don’t recall ever having signs & being pregnant had never even crossed my mind with them..
