So I have cramps & stabbing pains a week before my period my boobs are sore I feel dizzy and hot flushes I can hardly sleep & am always tired or hungry hoping this means something few days ago I had discharge that was blood streaked and then a little spot of blood anyone else the same & found they was pregnant ??
