Feeling scared:(

In the last day or two ive had a slight pain on my left side, its very minor hardly noticable but i know its there and its scaring me thinking it might be an ectopic, i have had it on the right side two it keeps changing sides but im so scared! I went to the doctor and she seemed to think everything was fine other then my blood pressure was a bit low, but no doctors will let me go for an early scan to ease my mind and i still have like 6 weeks before my first scan:( should i be worried?
