cramps during ovulation?

I get pain / cramping during this time too! Pretty solid for about 24 hours. More concentrated on one side than period cramping.

Yep every month. Its a dull throbbing with a sharp pain every so often. Lasts a couple of days. At least for me it does.

This is my first time experiencing this but Im having cramps on my ovulation day today. Glad its 'normal'.
