Hot flashes at young age?

Hello ladies! I am in need of some help. I am 22 yrs. old. I have been taking the antidepressant Pristiq 100 mg for a little over a year now. The past 2 months or more I have been experiencing extreme hot flashes that last a couple minutes. When I get hot I have e bedside sweating all o we my face. No where else on my body is excessive. Everywhere else is normal. Someone please share your thought of what I should do! I am not sexually active. HELP
