Painful breast remedies?

Hi ladies

My breasts hurt so bad. Actually, my breasts and upper back hurt! More so in my left breast, but both are swollen and painful. I don't really want to take a medicine for it, so in curious of anyone has any helpful tips on helping this pain?

They make ice packs for breast feeding women that are shaped like a big flat donut and could help with swelling. You should be able to find them at most stores that sell breastfeeding supplies or online :)

I used to get in a shower as hot as I could and it would let th milk flow out and used to get in tanning bed does th same if your wanting them to stop w milk get a sports bra and wrap them wgabage it works it dry a them out
