WHOS IN THE WRONG?!?!? HELP

Ok so my grandpa is in the hospital for various reasons he’s 92 years old. He’s not gonna live much longer so they are moving him to hospice. I hate hospice but we have no other choice. Anyways... we had a family meeting and my oldest cousin and I got in an argument. So the hospital has given us 2 options as far as hospice goes. So I was trying to tell everyone before picking one we should see what each of them offer or see who we like better. So meaning we should do a little research on both before just picking one. Well my family shushed me so I shut my mouth. So later I opened it again and the one nurse told us that she hasn’t see the one company in the hospital for a while Bc they are on the other side of town. So my older cousin goes “the nurse is trying to tell us something” so he thinks the nurse is trying to tell us the one company is bad and that we should pick that one. I think he’s just over analyzing everything so I spoke up and said “that’s doesn’t mean anything” and he snapped at me and said “WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!?” So I snapped back saying “WHAT THE F*CK DO YOU MEAN?” And then he got all upset bc I used the F word and rolled my eyes at him. For 1 I’m 18 and he’s 36 so I’m an adult and it’s not like I was saying “f*ck you to him the word was just in the sentence. 2 the f word comes out of their mouths every other sentence but when I say it it’s the end of the world. So my question is was I in the wrong for speaking up? We all want what’s best for my grandpa but I think everyone is throwing me in the corner bc I’m the youngest... feed back please?!?!?
