How we wash our diapers. Are we doing this right?

So we have a big set of bumgenius freetimes & some mama koala pockets.

Usually we try to wash them every other day or every two days because we have plenty to get through. They are all washed together. Usually we do a rinse cycle with hot water. Then we do a sanitize cycle with hot water and Tide powder detergent. Does this sound right? Did the different types of diapers need to be washed separately? I’ve also heard that the pocket covers and the inserts have to be washed separately is this true? I’ve also noticed that sometimes our baby has a little redness on his bottom. Not sure if it’s from the diapers or what.
