discarge with blood

hay guys, ive been having discarge with blood, also cramps, with a itchy vagina, was just wondering if this means something as i’ve toke 2 pregnancy test but 1st one was 5 days until my period should come and the 2nd i toke was 3 days until my period they both came back not pregnant, does that mean im not pregnant or have i tested too early for it to show, i just thought if they are signs if early pregnancy then it would show up in my tests. can anyone help me please im freaking out
