They dont know how much alcohol causes fetal alcohol so it was an easy no for me.

I never have, but I wouldn't say that angrily with an exclamation mark 😆 I don't think it's that terrible and my husband doesn't want me to and I respect that. The doctor I worked for had a glass of wine a few nights a week when she was, no problems. It makes me a little nervous, but I know a lot of people do it without any issues!

My doctor told me a glass of RED wine was fine every once in awhile. I still have yet to have a glass though.

At 14.4 weeks, the thought of alcohol still makes me feel sick. But I wouldn’t be opposed to an occasional drink after 18 weeks... except that I don’t like wine. Or beer. And hard alcohol seems like a bad idea. Maybe a cider.

never a glass but maybe a shot or two worth. ive sipped on my husbands beer sometimes but again, never more than shots worth

Only a no because I’ve felt so sick for most of my pregnancy so far (I’m 21 weeks) - most of my friends had an occasional glass of wine or champagne at a wedding or special occasion while pregnant and all was fine. It’s personal preference I suppose

I don’t drink anyways! But, I don’t have anything against it, I just don’t like wine or beer and have a problem with drinking too much if I start. So I avoid the temptation.

Both my OB and midwife said a glass of wine was ok once in a while. So yes, I do. It actually helps stop preterm labor contractions and it worked for me the other day.
