Prenatal Vitamins??

Hey Folks! What kind of prenatal vitamins do you take and why? Also did you tart taking them before you were pregnant?

Start taking them now if you are planning on conceive soon, I am taking this ones plus more fish oil and vitamin E ( to avoid stretch marks) do your research and choose what you think is best for you

Always before. Most birth defects due to lack of folate happen super early. Ideal you want to be on them for a few months, but I’d say at least a month prior to conception. Seeking Health prenatal is the best I’ve found in my research

I take a generic brand of the one a day women’s. My OB said she wanted it to have folic acid, DHA, and iron. Other than that, she didn’t care what brand or anything. I started taking mine before I got pregnant.

R.B tone, folic acid and calcium. Folic acid from beginning of pregnancy and the other medications beginning of the second trimester.

I take gummy vitamins because the others hurt my stomach. What I do is I switch it up every time I run out. So I have tried many different kinds. My favorite for taste is Olly

I take women’s one a day prenatal gummy. I hate the big pills so I chose gummies instead .I started taking them when we starting trying for a baby

Vitafusion is really good. But note all gummy vitamins do not have iron in them which is why I take them case the iron rips my stomach up, but my levels stay up enough during pregnancy that i don’t need to take it.
