Cramps? Braxton hicks?

Anyone else around 28 weeks been having cramps? With my first I never went into labor at all so I still don’t know what contractions feel like at all. But my husband and I were at walmart earlier and I swear I was having some kind of contraction. God it hurt so bad. It started at my stomach and wrapped around to my back. It hurt so badly that I just bent over the cart and couldn’t move. Maybe braxton hicks? I’ve been feeling really crampy pretty much half the day every day for about a week. Anyone else feeling this way?
