SO and I have been TTC for over a year. We finally got to the point of asking our Dr. Found out she has PCOS. She has been taking Letrozole and finally got a "peak" day using clear blue on Thanksgiving (So thankful). We had intercourse the night before and the morning of of the peak result, and just to make sure again tonight. Using preseed. BUT next weekend our naturally concieved 4yr old twin boys will be at grandma and grandpa's overnight. So my question is, assuming everything worked and her egg got fertilized ETC. Would our "alternative" rough side effect implation or anything negatively?

Side note: she's a squirter if that changes anything.
