Help please😢

So af was due the 15 of this month and on the 11th I had light spotting which lasted about 2 days and my period didn’t actually come on the day it was due I had no pains with the spotting, this past week I thought I had food poisoning because my two friends did and we all ate together anyway I told my sister yesterday I didn’t feel great, sore boobs bloated etc and tonight I got this

And half an hour later one false digital both taking at night what will I do or what do I believe???
