Really a boy?? UPDATE!

Does this really look like a boy? I swear there were other good butt shots and I was positive it showed girl. Then she showed us this picture and said boy. To me, it doesnt look like a boy part? Any opinions? The arrow is supposedly pointing to it?

Update: So after talking to the dr, they also couldnt tell from the picture what they were even seeing and so wouldnt say based on that picture its 100% a boy. I booked a private ultrasound per their recommendation and it was indeed confirmed a boy! Got both a potty shot and a side view and there was no mistaking it. And it wasnt that I didn't trust the first ultrasound tech, it was just a bad shot and wanted to be sure.
