5 weeks 5 days pregnant and car accident

So I'm 5 weeks 5 days and I got into a car accident today, not super bad but it was my first accident. It was very traumatic because after the guy hit my me he got mad came up to my car and pulled out a gun. I panicked and pepper sprayed him and it came back and hit me in the eye. I'm still panicking over everything but I was brought to the Emergency room. They said baby should be ok. They didn't do any tests which worried me. I do have a Dr appointment on Friday so hopefully everything is indeed ok.

Just some pics of my car. But the other guy said I was riding his ass when I was a full car length behind him. He was throwing bottles out of his moon roof at my car. This happened at the Brattleboro Vermont and Hinsdale new Hampshire line in front of the turn to get into the store Runnings. I did call the police as soon as I was able to pull my car over and turn it off and out the hazards on. I told then everything that happened including I pepper sprayed the other person. I had the female who was in the car come up to me yelling saying I was fat and ugly as I'm sitting on my car balling my eyes out. I'm only 20 years old and this was my first car accident. I'm still stressed but trying to calm down.

But this is me I don't think I'm ugly I am chubby and bloated but still that's not cool to call a women who's hysterical fat and ugly.

But any advice on how to destress?
