Ditched by him.. He doesn't know about 2nd baby

I have two concerns at the moment. The first one is about the father. We were dating for a few months and then he ghosted me. Ok. Well, a few weeks ago, I found out I was pregnant and I told him. He denied it in a way and he completely stopped talking to me. Well, fine. I'll talk that blow also. But the third blow I have is that I might be having twins and he does not respond to me at all and he won't make time for me, even for 30 minutes. I feel mixed emotions about it. The second concern is that one baby is measuring 6 weeks but the other sac is showing empty. Is it possible that it could be actually 5 weeks or 4 weeks and that it is just developing from a different implantation time??? I have my next ultrasound Friday. I am not looking forward to this longgggg week.
